Since starting my Central Florida real estate career in 2002, I’ve built a results-driven path rooted in service, strategy, and strong relationships. I began on the residential financing side, collaborating with DIAMOND-level RE/MAX® agents in Kissimmee and top Coldwell Banker® Realtors®, which gave me a deep understanding of lending, timelines, and what it really takes to get deals to the closing table.
In 2017, I earned my real estate license and launched my sales career with Keller Williams®, quickly becoming known for guiding first-time homebuyers and helping families relocating from northern states make confident moves to Central Florida. Over the years, I’ve sharpened my negotiation skills while representing both buyers and sellers, and I’ve been recognized with production awards as a rookie agent, including the O.R.R.A. Gold Key award.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the David Weiss Team at Coldwell Banker® in Winter Springs, FL. I’ve previously ranked in the Top 5% for first-time homebuyer sales within O.S.C.A.R., and I’m an expert in the Orange County Down Payment Assistance program and Hometown Heroes initiative. Clients also value my expert-level CMA reporting for listing presentations, strategic social media marketing, and extensive international investor advisory experience.
I was part of the first official A.I. Certified Real Estate team through the KREM Institute® (EXP Alliance) bringing modern tools and a client-first approach to every transaction.
